Cancellation Policy

All sessions with Brittany Saccento are held with respect, confidentiality, and care. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you and begins promptly at your scheduled time. If you are running late, Brittany allows a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes without contact, the session will be marked as a no-show and considered complete with no refund or reschedule available. Due to the time and energetic preparation involved, all sales are final. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is non-refundable. If technical difficulties occur during a virtual session, please reach out within the grace period to troubleshoot or reschedule. Clients may record their session for personal use only; redistribution, sharing, or public posting is not permitted. All services provided by BVSR LLC are intended for spiritual, entertainment, and personal growth purposes only. Readings, Reiki sessions, mentorships, and workshops are offered for entertainment purposes only and should never replace guidance from licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.
