Cancellation Policy

All sessions with Brittany Saccento are held with respect, confidentiality, and care. Please arrive on time and be settled in a quiet space; a 10-minute grace period is provided before the session is marked a no-show with no refund or reschedule. All sales are final due to the time and energetic preparation involved. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is non-refundable. Sessions are conducted virtually on ZOOM unless an in-person option is arranged. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Mediumship is Spirit-led, and while every effort is made to bring through evidence and messages, specific loved ones or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. NO refunds on courses & workshops due to taking space from someone else. Clients may record their session for personal use only; sharing, reposting, or distributing recordings is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized recording of Brittany in any form—including audio, video, screen recording, or transcription apps—will result in a fine of up to $500 per occurrence. All services are intended for spiritual, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
